Mom's Chocolate and Pistachio Bundt Cake

1 package yellow cake

1 package pistachio pudding

4 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup orange juice

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

PAM spray oil and a little flour for pan preparation

Confectioners sugar (optional)



Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.

Beat all ingredients together (except the chocolate syrup) for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour 3/4 of the  mixture into an oiled and floured bundt pan. Mix the chocolate syrup into the rest of the batter. Pour the remainder of the mixture into the bundt pan. Marble by dipping a knife in and out of the mixture in the pan. Bake for 35+ minutes. Check with a toothpick to see if done. When done, let it cool on a cookie rack. Place on serving plate and drizzle a little chocolate syrup on the top. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar (optional) and serve.
